We use a tiered hourly payscale across RSCS and MRC for technician roles: Apprentice/Entry $20–$30 , Technician (Early-Career) $30–$40 , Journeyman (Mid-Level) $40–$50 , and Senior/Field Supervisor $50–$70 (top end reserved forhighest-level Senior Ammonia Technicians and Field Supervisors). Starting pay is based on verified experience,certifications, and job scope (including on-call/travel asapplicable) and may vary by location due to local market and cost ofliving; hiring managers set the final starting rate within theappropriate tier.
