Job summary

SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Commercial Reconstruction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial projects. The role focuses on coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, ensuring safety, and maintaining quality to meet plans and specifications.

Reports to the Reconstruction department. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a proven track record in commercial construction, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Experience supervising construction crews and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of commercial building practices and construction sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to multiple project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite operations for commercial reconstruction projects.
• Coordinate and direct subcontractors, tradespeople, and construction crews.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved scopes, plans, specs, and schedules.
• Monitor progress and adjust activities to maintain timelines.
• Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and site challenges.
• Maintain an organized, professional jobsite.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress.
