SERVPRO of Vacaville / Dixon is seeking a Construction Manager to lead a portfolio of restoration and construction projects. You will supervise the construction team, coordinate with clients, ensure adherence to plans and codes, and manage budgets and timelines to deliver top-quality service.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction across a variety of job sites.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous construction management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability.
• Effective written and oral communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Manage the construction team and assign leads to superintendents.
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements.
• Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
• Ensure proper documentation of each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job debrief with other superintendents.
