Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking an experienced Commercial Reconstruction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial reconstruction projects. The role focuses on managing onsite construction activities, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and enforcing safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction, proven leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple trades while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Experience supervising commercial construction or reconstruction.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction sequencing.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily onsite operations for commercial reconstruction projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and construction crews.
• Ensure work is completed according to approved scopes, plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor job progress and adjust daily activities to maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Identify potential scheduling conflicts, material delays, and jobsite challenges.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional jobsite.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as expected.
