Qualifications

• 4+ years of directly relevant commercial real estate experience.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and leasing.
• Strong leasing experience in office, retail, or industrial assets.
• Ability to manage transactions through closing.
• Excellent written, oral, and client communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with partners.
• Interest in business development and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated CRE development transactions from diligence through closing.
• Draft and negotiate purchase/sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related documents.
• Work with partners on complex developer-side real estate transactions.
• Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, and leasing.
• Negotiate office, retail, and industrial leases for sophisticated clients.
• Conduct and manage due diligence and identify transaction risks.
• Coordinate documents, deadlines, and closing requirements across parties.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and other participants.
• Contribute to client relationships and growth of the practice.
