Orionplacement is seeking a skilled real estate attorney with at least 2 years of commercial real estate transactional experience to lead complex acquisitions, financing, and leasing matters in a boutique-firm setting with big-firm resources.

Based in Wilmington, DE, this on-site role offers hybrid flexibility and meaningful year-end bonus potential. The ideal candidate enjoys drafting, negotiating, and coordinating multi-faceted transactions while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing transactions.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and revise purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and other commercial real estate agreements.
• Counsel clients throughout the lifecycle of complex real estate transactions and help identify practical solutions to business and legal issues.
• Coordinate transaction strategy, documentation, negotiations, due diligence, and closing activities.
• Work closely with attorneys across the firm's transactional and business practices on matters involving overlapping corporate and real estate issues.
• Develop trusted client relationships and take increasing ownership of matters and transactions.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the real estate practice with the potential to assume significant leadership responsibility over time.

Location
