Qualifications

  • 2+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
  • Experience with acquisitions, financing, and commercial leasing.
  • Excellent drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
  • JD and active attorney license in good standing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong client-service instincts.
  • Law firm, in-house, and solo practice backgrounds welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Handle sophisticated commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing transactions.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and revise purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and other commercial real estate agreements.
  • Counsel clients throughout the lifecycle of complex real estate transactions and help identify practical solutions to business and legal issues.
  • Coordinate transaction strategy, documentation, negotiations, due diligence, and closing activities.
  • Work closely with attorneys across the firm's transactional and business practices on matters involving overlapping corporate and real estate issues.
  • Develop trusted client relationships and take increasing ownership of matters and transactions.
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the real estate practice with the potential to assume significant leadership responsibility over time.

Location
