Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate transactions involving leasing, acquisitions, and property sales.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related legal documents.
• Guide clients through due diligence, title review, contract negotiations, and closings.
• Advise property owners, investors, and businesses on transactional legal matters.
• Independently manage transactions from initial negotiations through closing.
• Collaborate with clients and other professionals to deliver practical, efficient legal solutions.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and sound legal judgment.
