Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler and energy systems; card access and fire alarm systems.
• Ability to oversee day-to-day operations with maintenance staff.
• Experience sourcing materials and parts, and bidding projects.
• Prioritize and manage work orders and communications with tenants.
• Assist with annual operating budget development.
• Act as primary tenant contact and coordinate tenant needs.
• Schedule rooms and coordinate outside contractors/vendors as needed.
• Ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for building tenants and manage tenant inquiries.
• Schedule conference rooms for tenants and coordinate meetings.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for repairs and projects.
• Bid out major expenditures and manage budgeting support.
• Oversee day-to-day operations with maintenance staff and schedules.
• Liaise with cafeteria and fitness center operators as needed.
• Be on-call for emergencies and coordinate after-hours responses.
• File state emissions reports annually and maintain compliance.
• Coordinate tenant fit-ups and re-key tenant spaces as required.
• Read blueprints to support planning and project execution.
