Job summary

Regis Property Management, LLC is seeking a Senior Property Manager for a portfolio of office and commercial properties in the Dallas area. The role requires overseeing budgets, lease administration, and on-site operations to deliver a best-in-class tenant experience.

You will lead on-site teams, manage vendor relationships, monitor financial reporting, and ensure compliance with safety standards. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of commercial property management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in commercial property operations.
• Strong understanding of commercial leases, budgeting, CAM reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Adobe.
• Experience with IMPAK or similar work order software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and administer annual operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee lease administration and landlord obligations.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and respond to requests.
• Conduct property inspections for safety and appearance.
• Prepare scopes of work and manage bids and vendor contracts.
• Review invoices and manage accounts payable.
• Monitor rent collections and delinquencies.
• Prepare monthly ownership reports with financial statements.
• Lead and mentor on-site team.
• Ensure compliance with fire, life safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate tenant improvements and capital projects.
