Job summary

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial construction, strong financial and subcontractor management skills, and a proven ability to lead client relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for a General Contractor.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management.
• Experience leading projects and client relationships independently.
• South Florida experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout and contract negotiations.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Work with Superintendents to maintain schedule, quality and safety.
• Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
• Identify and resolve potential project risks.
• Mentor junior PM staff.
• Take ownership of project profitability and delivery.
