Job summary

Guitar Center / Audio Visual Design Group seeks a Commercial Project Manager to lead large-scale technology integration projects nationwide. You will direct scope, schedule, cost, and subcontractors while mentoring teams and coordinating engineering, installation, procurement, and QA activities.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, financial stewardship, and proactive communication with clients and internal teams. Travel to local and out-of-state sites is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex construction, technology, or systems integration projects.
• Strong cost control, financial reporting, subcontractor oversight and schedule management.
• Understanding of engineering, drafting, procurement and installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control all phases of large-scale installation and integration projects.
• Oversee engineering design, drafting, and development of installation plans.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, scheduling and cost forecasting.
• Ensure high quality and timely project reporting and stakeholder communication.
