Job summary

GigaSpan Solutions seeks an experienced Audio Visual (A/V) Project Manager to oversee commercial A/V projects from kickoff to closeout, coordinating technicians, subcontractors, engineers, and customers to keep schedules and budgets on track.

The role requires hands-on installation knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to travel to job sites; you’ll manage documentation, submittals, testing, commissioning, and customer handover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial A/V projects and installations.
• Ability to read and interpret A/V drawings and specs.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial A/V projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and installation strategies.
• Coordinate procurement and field coordination with trades.
• Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project docs.
• Ensure quality control and customer acceptance.
