Mobilitas is seeking a Senior Commercial Program Underwriter to lead program development for mobility and sharing-economy initiatives. You will own governance, underwriting stewardship, and cross-functional launch readiness across departments, ensuring compliant, profitable program operation.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in commercial insurance, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to manage complex delegated authority programs in a remote, national setting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of increasingly responsible commercial insurance, underwriting, or delegated authority / program management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of delegated authority oversight, governance, and commercial underwriting.
• Advanced financial analysis, portfolio management, and profitability-evaluation skills.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional partners and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong due diligence, business-case development, and program-onboarding skills.
• Skilled negotiator and superb communication and presentation skills with both internal and external partners.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and contractual requirements applicable to delegated authority programs.

Aufgaben

• Leads assessment and development of new program opportunities and expansions into new markets or products presented by program administrators.
• Leads underwriting, operational, financial, and strategic due diligence and prepares recommendation and approval materials for internal review forums.
• Develops program business cases, appetite / pricing framing, revenue and loss projections, launch plans, and milestone schedules.
• Directs cross-functional onboarding and go-live readiness across Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims, Operations, Finance, Legal / Compliance, and IT.
• Manages program implementation projects including team coordination, resources, budget, and timelines.
