Novelis in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Business Analyst to shape pricing, profitability and customer insights across Sales and cross-functional teams. You will build financial models for RFQs, analyze cost drivers, and drive adoption of AI and data tools to improve commercial decisions.

You will partner with leaders and customers, delivering clear recommendations and maintaining pricing discipline while shaping strategic commercial processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, pricing, or operations in manufacturing or B2B.
• Proven ability to turn data into clear recommendations for RFQs, pricing and negotiations.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional partners.
• Experience leading process improvements from problem identification through implementation and adoption.
• Experience driving adoption of AI, digital tools, and/or new technologies into business workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales to understand customer priorities and support negotiations.
• Turn data into decisions by analyzing profitability, cost drivers, and market trends.
• Shape pricing and RFQ responses with financial and scenario models.
• Improve commercial processes by mapping and streamlining workflows.
• Use Salesforce, Power BI, data platforms, and AI to improve visibility and decision making.
• Strengthen pricing discipline by documenting assumptions and applying contract rules.
