Novelis is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape pricing, profitability and RFQ responses in North America. You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable recommendations and support commercial decision making.

The role emphasizes building financial models, improving processes, and leveraging tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, and AI to enhance visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, pricing, or operations in manufacturing/B2B.
• Ability to turn data into clear RFQ, pricing and negotiation recommendations.
• Proven relationships with customers and cross-functional partners.
• Experience leading process improvements from problem identification through adoption.
• Experience driving AI/digital tool adoption into business workflows.
• Strong communication skills, including executive presentations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to understand customer priorities and support negotiations.
• Analyze profitability, cost drivers, market trends and operational factors to share insights with Sales and leadership.
• Build financial models for RFQs, spot opportunities, and negotiations with clear assumptions and risks.
• Map and improve commercial processes across design, adoption and workflow optimization.
• Support adoption of tools like Salesforce, Power BI, data platforms, and AI to improve visibility and automate routine work.
• Track pricing decisions and ensure consistent application of pricing rules.
