Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead full project estimates and drive accuracy.
• Strong familiarity with VE ideas and cost calculations.
• Able to present cost information clearly to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, create, and complete entire project estimates for commercial projects.
• Perform detailed On-Screen Takeoffs and develop preliminary schedules.
• Formulate VE ideas and calculate associated costs; search for viable material alternatives.
• Review and correct estimates prepared by team members and manage staffing/GC requirements.
• Build and manage subcontractor bid lists; drive subcontractors to bid and evaluate bids.
• Present cost information professionally to Owners and Architects; maintain client relationships.
