Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Solid understanding of leases, CAM/operating expenses, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi or MRI experience preferred.
• CPM or RPA designation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, facility management, and tenant relations for the assigned asset.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, financial reports, reconciliations, and forecasting.
• Monitor rent collections, receivables, and accounts payable to ensure financial accuracy.
• Coordinate tenant improvements, capital projects, and vendor bidding processes.
• Provide ownership with timely reporting, property updates, and operational recommendations.
