Qualificações

• Strong understanding of loan documentation and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Screen and underwrite new lending opportunities.
• Manage high volume/complex loans in an efficient manner.
• Prepare memoranda and facilitate underwriting of new transactions/ renewals.
• Collaborate with credit analysts, appraisal services, and loan administration.
• Coordinate with third‑party attorneys for loan documentation.
