Huntington National Bank in Detroit seeks a Commercial Portfolio Manager II – CIP to provide expert guidance in complex debt and capital solutions for a commercial portfolio. You will partner with relationship managers to oversee credit quality, risk rating, and portfolio administration while driving growth and mitigating risk.

Lead portfolio reviews, mentor credit analysts, and present credit actions to senior leadership. A strong background in credit products and debt structuring is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years in Commercial Banking requested.
• Formal credit training.
• Proven knowledge of credit products, risk assessment, and debt structuring.

Responsabilités

• Manages a portfolio of commercial customers in partnership with the relationship manager.
• Maintain and improve credit quality and monitoring of portfolio risks.
• Underwrite, portfolio administration, and ongoing credit quality of assigned portfolio.
• Present proposed credit actions to Senior Loan Committee as needed.
• Conduct portfolio reviews with senior management and mentor junior staff.
