Huntington National Bank seeks a CRE Portfolio Manager III to service, deepen, and retain profitable commercial relationships. You will underwrite, monitor, and manage credit quality across a commercial portfolio, collaborating with Relationship Managers and leaders to optimize revenue and risk controls.

The role includes portfolio reviews, loan closings support, and guidance to Credit Analysts in a collaborative team environment. Office-based with flexible arrangements may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and CRE experience required.
• Strong credit underwriting and portfolio monitoring knowledge.
• Experience with loan closings and relationship management helpful.
• Knowledge of market/industry trends and risk rating processes.

Responsabilités

• Owns primary responsibility for credit and monitoring of Commercial portfolio risks.
• Underwrites quality, administers portfolio, and maintains credit quality with senior leaders.
• Communicates credit actions in writing and verbally to Senior Loan Committee as needed.
• Mentors Credit Analysts and supports portfolio reviews and special projects.
