Job summary

gpac in the Atlanta area seeks a senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will own project outcomes, work directly with company leadership, and coordinate with field teams and trade partners to keep work moving.

Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, procurement, RFIs, and risk management. Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering/Architecture preferred; 5+ years PM experience required. Competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in CM, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
• Strong grasp of contracts, budgets, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout.
• Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts, and procurement plans.
• Coordinate subcontractor bidding, scope review, buyout, contract execution, and performance.
• Lead field coordination with superintendents to align operations with budget and schedule.
• Serve as primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
