Confidential Commercial General Contractor in Concord, CA seeks a Senior Commercial Project Manager to lead multi-million dollar developments, including grocery remodels and office interiors. You’ll own P&L and drive preconstruction, budgeting, buyouts, permitting, scheduling, and client handoffs.

Requirements include 5+ years as a Commercial PM, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel. CA knowledge and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Commercial PM with a general contractor.
• Deep knowledge of commercial construction procedures, job costing, Estimation, and building codes.
• Procore, Bluebeam Revu or MS Project with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Outstanding leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with multi-tier trade partners.
• Solid OSHA health, safety and environmental compliance knowledge.
• Valid Driver License with insurable history for company vehicle use.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope, specifications, budgets, and benchmarks with owners and teams.
• Lead subcontractor buyout, procurement, and vendor contracts.
• Manage municipal permitting and regulatory compliance in CA.
• Develop and enforce CPM schedules and resource allocation.
• Monitor real-time job costing, change orders, and progress billings.
