Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction, plumbing, mechanical contracting, estimating, or related fields.
• Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and project lifecycles.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and drawings.
• Experience with relationships with contractors and engineers is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue commercial plumbing opportunities through relationship development and outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with plumbing, mechanical, general contractors, engineers, architects, and construction managers.
• Review plans, specifications, drawings to understand scope and develop estimates.
• Coordinate takeoffs, evaluate labor, obtain pricing.
• Prepare clear proposals communicating pricing and scope.
• Manage bid deadlines and follow up on proposals.
• Coordinate handoffs to communicate scope, pricing, schedules.
