Job summary

Ressler and Mateer in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead crews on residential and commercial projects. You will coordinate with Plumbing Management and General Contractors to ensure on-time, quality work and efficient site operations.

You will train apprentice level employees on site, track materials and tasks, read blueprints, and oversee job progression from start to finish.

• 3-5 years of Plumbing Foreman experience in residential and/or commercial new construction.
• Strong understanding of commercial and residential plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for proper installation of plumbing systems.

Ressler and Mateer is seeking a Plumbing Foreman to lead crews of plumbers in the completion of residential and commercial projects. The Plumbing Foreman will need to have strong communication skills to coordinate project needs with Plumbing Management and General Contractors. This role requires someone who is able to train apprentice level employees who are on the site while overseeing and managing the job progression. It is the job of the foreman to keep track of materials and tasks that are needed to effectively and efficiently complete the job they are leading.
