Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review documents to identify piping materials and project requirements.
• Perform detailed take-offs using estimating software.
• Compile estimates with equipment summaries and cost breakouts.
• Obtain pricing from subcontractors and vendors and draft proposals.
• Maintain vendor data, bid calendar, and compliance with specs.
• Coordinate takeoffs and attend departmental bid meetings.
• Flag inaccuracies or omissions in quoted items or databases.
