Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive commercial plumbing experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Journeyman plumbing license required; OSHA 30 preferred; valid driver’s license required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on active construction sites.
- Safety-sensitive role on varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform journeyman-level commercial plumbing tasks including layout, installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Read blueprints and drawings to execute work accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues with minimal supervision.
- Mentor plumbers I and II on the job site.
- Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project specs.
- Maintain clean, safe work environment and complete documentation.
