Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Piping Trade Manager to lead and oversee daily piping field operations for new construction projects in the Richmond area.

You will provide hands-on leadership to Foremen, Pipe Fitters, Mechanics, Apprentices, and Helpers, ensuring safe, efficient, and contract‑compliant installations. The role requires extensive piping experience, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams, with travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial piping experience.
• 5+ years in piping field supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership, safety, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily piping field operations for multiple projects.
• Coach Foremen, Pipe Fitters, and Helpers.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Coordinate with PMs, Superintendents, and BIM/VDC teams.
• Ensure proper testing, flushing, and turnover.
