Qualifications

• Must have strong automotive parts knowledge and ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and parts catalogs.
• Experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks is preferred.
• Excellent communication, listening and problem solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members and coach them with guidance from the GM.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery and maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
