Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a professional at the Commercial Parts Pro level to support advanced functions on the commercial side of the business.

The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and expansion, partnering with the GM to manage Team Members, and directing drivers for timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have deep automotive system knowledge, parts expertise, and the ability to source from multiple channels including special orders and second sources.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and experience leading teams.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are met.
