Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales position that supports advanced functions on the commercial side of the business. The role aims for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion, partnering with the GM to supervise Team Members and coordinate deliveries.

The position requires knowledge of automotive systems and parts, the ability to source from multiple channels, and strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in automotive parts and sales is preferred.
• Ability to supervise daily team tasks and coordinate with management.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Maintain commercial credit accounts.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
