Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales position focused on supporting advanced commercial functions. The role drives profitable growth through customer retention and expansion while partnering with the GM to supervise Team Members and coordinate delivery logistics.

The ideal candidate has automotive parts knowledge, strong selling and communication skills, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; ASE certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and drive profitable growth.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members, coaching and development with the GM.
• Direct drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery and manage stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Collaborate with GM on pricing discounts for Commercial customers.
