Job summary

The role requires experience in inventory systems, customer service excellence, and the GAS2 selling framework. A 3-year background in automotive parts and ASE familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise daily tasks and lead teams.
• Proficient in parts catalogs and inventory systems.
• ASE P2 certification preferred, or ASE-ready.
• Satisfactory sales and fulfillment experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve store goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure delivery standards.
• Supervise Team Members and coach on development needs.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and supplier networks.
• Collaborate with GM on pricing and profitability.
