Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional-level sales pro to drive profitable growth in the commercial side.

The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members and coordinate deliveries, leveraging deep automotive parts knowledge and a GAS2 selling approach for commercial customers. Applicants should have strong English communication, be able to source from multiple channels, and support stocking programs while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Three years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong selling and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
