Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional, full-time Commercial Parts Pro to drive profitable growth through strong customer relationships and expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts.

You will work with the General Manager to coach Team Members, dispatch drivers, and maintain stocking programs while sourcing from multiple channels. The role emphasizes GAS2 selling to commercial customers, achieving sales goals, and maintaining profitability with a focus on service quality,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
