Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional level sales pro to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth. You will maintain relationships, supervise team members, and coordinate delivery with drivers while leveraging broad automotive parts knowledge.

The role emphasizes GAS2 selling, sourcing from multiple channels, and collaboration with the GM for coaching and development. A strong customer-service mindset and ability to multi-task are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• 3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development of Team Members.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
