Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional level sales position focused on profitable growth of the commercial business through customer retention and expansion.

The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members, dispatches drivers, and maintains commercial stocking programs. The candidate will have expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, multi-task across day-to-day supervisory tasks, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams or supervising daily tasks is a plus.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Supervise Team Members and coach for development.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching needs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Partner with GM to ensure driver coverage.
