Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales position focused on the commercial side of the business. The role drives profitable growth through customer retention and expansion, partnering with the GM to manage Team Members and dispatch drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate has expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, strong selling skills for commercial customers, and the ability to source from multiple channels including special orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks and achieving goals.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
