Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to support the advanced functions on the commercial side of the business.

The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention, sourcing from multiple channels, and directing drivers for timely deliveries. The position requires 3+ years of auto parts experience, ASE certification preferred, and strong communication with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Able to lead and coach team members.
• Experience with parts sourcing and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and drive sales.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Supervise daily team tasks and support coaching needs.
• Coordinate with GM on driver dispatch and scheduling.
• Maintain and optimize commercial stocking programs.
• Build a network of second source suppliers.
