Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a professional Commercial Parts Pro to support advanced functions on the commercial side of the business in a full-time capacity.

The role focuses on profitable growth via customer retention, collaboration with the General Manager, and delivery coordination. Key responsibilities include maintaining commercial customer relationships, achieving sales goals, supervising team members, and ensuring accurate delivery while using an ASE-ready skill set and strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years automotive parts experience preferred.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient with inventory systems and POS.
• Ability to lift up to 50–100 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery and maintain stock levels.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development of Team Members.
• Operate POS and parts lookup systems; utilize inventory tools.
