Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Leadership experience supervising daily tasks and teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read and interpret technical documents and catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and grow sales.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for team members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and second source network.
