Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro responsible for growing the commercial business through customer retention and strategic sales.

You will manage relationships with commercial customers, work with the Store GM on team development, and coordinate drivers to ensure timely deliveries. The role emphasizes expert automotive parts knowledge, sourcing from multiple channels, and leading a team to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Able to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
• English speaking and writing required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
