The role involves maintaining customer relationships, providing GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers, and guiding the team to meet store and sales objectives. The position requires automotive knowledge, ability to source from multiple channels, and coordinating delivery with drivers.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Ability to use basic math for transactions and discounts.
• Proven experience in commercial sales and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and drive sales; support team and store goals.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for team members; coach and develop staff.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and maintain stock programs.
