Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro in Alpena, MI. The role focuses on profitable growth of the commercial business through strong customer retention and expansion, leveraging automotive systems knowledge and supplier networks.

You will supervise daily tasks, coordinate deliveries, and work with management to meet store sales objectives. Essential duties include maintaining commercial customer relationships, providing GAS2 selling experience, and ensuring accurate deliveries.

• Experience in automotive parts selling and customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience for commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
