Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a professional level sales position to support the commercial side of the business, driving growth through customer retention and expansion.

The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members and applies expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts to source from multiple channels for on-time delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining commercial relationships, achieving sales goals, supervising staff, dispatching drivers, and maintaining stocking programs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ASE certification is preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Strong selling skills with commercial customers.
• Ability to supervise daily tasks and coach team members.
• Proficiency with POS, parts lookup and basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and deliver GAS2 selling experience.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and supplier networks.
