This full-time position drives profitable growth by retaining and growing commercial customers, partnering with the GM to supervise Team Members, and directing drivers to ensure timely deliveries. The role requires strong automotive parts knowledge, the ability to source from multiple channels, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Requires working knowledge of automotive systems and diagnostic ability.
• English speaking and writing; Spanish a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and catalogs; write simple correspondence.
• Ability to follow written, oral or diagram instructions.
• Completion of Parts Knowledge Assessment or equivalent.
• Basic math skills for all units; accurate calculations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of commercial profitability, pricing discounts for customers.
• Ability to work varied days/evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve store and personal sales goals.
• Provide daily supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development of Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second-source suppliers.
• Partner with GM to ensure driver coverage and profitability.
