Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional level sales position focused on the commercial side, accountable for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

The role partners with the GM to lead Team Members and relies on strong automotive system knowledge to source from multiple channels for timely delivery. The candidate will manage relationships, hit sales goals, and collaborate on coaching.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
