Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales associate to support the commercial side of the business. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention, relationships, and effective store operations.

You will partner with the GM to supervise Team Members and drive delivery and stocking initiatives. Responsibilities include maintaining commercial customer relationships, delivering GAS2 selling experiences to commercial clients, and meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Formal or informal leadership experience supervising teams.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Supervise Team Members and coach with GM.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain commercial credit accounts.
• Partner with GM on driver coverage.
