Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Spring Lake, NC, is seeking a professional level sales position to support advanced commercial functions. This full-time role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and strategic supplier networks.

You will supervise Team Members, partner with GM on coaching, manage deliveries, stock programs, and rely on automotive systems knowledge. A minimum of 3 years automotive parts experience and ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
