Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a professional level sales position to support advanced functions on the commercial side of the business.

The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and growth, partnering with the GM to manage Team Members and coordinate delivery. The candidate should have expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, with the ability to source from special orders, second sources, and other channels.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and customer service skills.
• Experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks.

Mansioni

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Maintain commercial credit accounts.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
