Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to support advanced functions on the commercial side. You will maintain relationships with commercial customers, supervise team members, and coordinate drivers to ensure timely deliveries in our Harrisonburg, VA location.

The role requires strong automotive parts knowledge, selling skills for commercial customers, and the ability to source from multiple channels. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise daily tasks and lead teams.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• AES certification is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with parts catalogs and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
